Every year the Hmong International Freedom Festival brings in 40,000 - 60,000 people from all over the world to
celebrate cultural identity. Want to be part of the celebration this year?
All vendor applications will open in April 2025. Make sure to follow us on Facebook and check our
website to stay up to date about deadlines and important information about vendors.

Submit a copy of your driver’s license
Submit a copy of your business Certificate (EIN)/ Federal Identification (SSN)
VENDOR SALE RESTRICTIONS

Cannot sell the following:
Drugs of any kinds/ controlled substances
Fireworks
Alcoholic beverages
Weapons of any sort, including toy guns, swords, etc.
FOOD VENDORS
Cannot sell the following:
Merchandise (balloons, toys,, clothes, etc.
MERCHANDISE VENDOR
Cannot sell the following:
Any food, beverages, and or anything that can be consumed
Candies, snacks, etc.
DISPLAY BOOTHS
Cannot do the following:
Sell or give out merchandise, food, candies, and beverages
Distribute anything of monetary value
Fundraise or ask for donations towards a cause

We welcome vendors selling traditional Hmong clothing, handicrafts, artwork, food, and other culturally relevant products or services. Vendors must comply with our event rules and regulations, and ensure their products align with our organization's values and mission.

Interested vendors will need to download and submit an application.

Vendor fees vary depending on the event and booth size. Proceeds from vendor fees support The United Hmong Family, Inc.'s mission and programs.

Yes, food and beverage vendors are welcome. However, you must comply with local health and safety regulations, obtain necessary permits, and follow our event guidelines.

We promote our vendors through social media and event programs. Vendors are also encouraged to promote their own participation through their networks.

Vendors will receive detailed setup and teardown instructions prior to the event. Vendors must comply with event rules, including setup and teardown times, noise levels, and waste disposal.
